Yoga Alliance Certified
The YogaEasy 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training is a Yoga Alliance certified program that provides students with a strong foundation so they can begin teaching right away with clarity and confidence.
About our teacher training:
Our comprehensive Hatha Vinyasa 200 hour online yoga teacher training is designed to enrich your personal practice while equipping you with the expertise to teach.
The curriculum blends live, online classes with pre-recorded material and offers a learning experience that prioritises your growth both as a practitioner and a teacher.
This training combines the wisdom of 8 teachers gained over decades of teaching experience. Together you’ll dive deep into the study of asana, pranayama, meditation, yoga history and philosophy. You’ll learn functional anatomy and intelligent sequencing, giving you the tools to design and teach safe, effective yoga classes. With an emphasis on nervous system regulation, and nuanced understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and physiology you will learn to design inspiring classes that will make you stand out as a teacher. Finally, you'll learn all about the business aspects of teaching, such as how to market your classes and how to use social media to attract the right students for you.
Our training is for you if you are:
- an aspiring yoga teacher looking to gain the skills and certification to teach professionally
- already a yoga teacher but want to expand your knowledge
- a practitioner wanting to deepen your practice and understanding of yoga
- a Wellness professional interested in incorporating yoga into your offerings
The YogaEasy 200hr Online Teacher Training will give you a solid foundation from which to teach. We select our participants carefully to ensure that this program is the best fit for you. A passion for learning and a minimum of two years' consistent practice is required.
