The importance of breath cannot be overstated: while we can endure three weeks without food and three days without water, we can survive only three minutes without breathing. Surprisingly, many of us are not taught the fundamentals of proper breathing or how it can profoundly impact our physical and emotional wellbeing.
In this webinar we'll delve into the transformative power of Breathwork to enhance and support our yoga practice. We'll look at how to use the breath to create movement and we'll explore which breathing techniques or patterns to use for different types of yoga poses – and why.
Join us on Zoom on Tuesday, 30th April for a 60 minute session, which includes a short talk, a yoga practice and a Q&A session.
About Véronique Gauthier:
Véronique is a yoga therapist and certified advanced breathwork practitioner. She graduated as a Vinyasa yoga teacher in 2009, and completed a 500 hour advanced training in yoga therapy five years later. She recently completed a two-year advanced training in breathwork, recognised by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA).
