Whether you’re new to meditation or want to refine your practice, I can help you develop mindfulness techniques to calm your mind, stay present, and deepen self-awareness for a more grounded and peaceful life.

How to book your session:

  1. Complete your purchase of a 1-hour coaching session
  2. View the coaching session under ‘My trainings’ and schedule your session
  3. You can choose from four time slots per week:
    Tuesday 9:00am CET
    Tuesday 7:00pm CET
    Friday 9:00am CET
    Friday 11:00am CET
  4. Once you've scheduled your session, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
